Files

You can access all convening files in our shared Google Drive workspace. If you have trouble accessing this Drive or do not yet have editing permissions, please reach out to Lauren (lmgibson@ncsu.edu).

Helpful links and folder descriptions are below.

  • Convening workspace: Overarching folder for all convening-related materials
    • Agenda: Find the day’s activities here.
    • Project summary: Please review NCSU’s community-level environmental literacy project description prior to the convening. This project is the driving force behind the convening and will be helping to scope the day’s discussions.
    • Background literature: We ask that all attendees add 1-2 relevant journal articles from their field to this folder to help inform the broader group’s conversation.
    • Initial reflections: After reading through the project summary and before February 21, you are welcome (but not required!) to add any reflections to this folder. Questions to consider might include:
      • How does your field view community-level learning or other community-level processes?
      • How does your personal research link to community-level topics?
      • What questions are you wrestling with related to community-level learning?
    • Notes: This is where we will place the running convening notes for your reference. Feel free to add any notes you take here, too.
      • Bike rack: Add any running questions or comments you want to save for later to this document.
    • Products: We will add our convening products–the draft position paper for your review and other products as decided upon by the group–to this folder as they become ready.
